HR Excellence in Research
“HR Excellence in Research” distinction
In 2017, following an external evaluation, the European Commission awarded the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences the prestigious "HR Excellence in Research" distinction. This recognition was granted to the institution for adhering to the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
The authorization to use this distinction is part of the European Commission's initiatives under the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) strategy. This strategy aims to establish favorable working conditions and foster the development of scientific careers in Europe while promoting transparent processes for the recruitment of research personnel..
